Online same as offline just one difference that there is no agent in between. Claim payment depends on many things like - details provided at the time of insurance application, type of claim etc.
Nothing wrong with online insurance plans. Most of the claim rejections happens due to non discloser of facts at the time of insurance proposal.
What are the main reasons of claim rejections?
1. Non discloser of details of existing and simultaneous policies from all insurance companies of the life to be insured
