Oriental Insurance - NCB not given for Individual Mediclaim policy

I earlier held an Individual Mediclaim policy since March 2010 & renewed it later in March 2011.

I later shifted to a new Family Floater policy in March 2012 on the basis of my old Individual Mediclaim policy.

I while holding the earlier Individual Mediclaim policy of March 2010 never made a claim.
But still I was not given a “No Claim” discount for my Individual Mediclaim policy for March 2011.

I was also not given a “No Claim” discount as well for my new Family Floater policy even though I had not made any claim for my previous Individual Mediclaim policy of March 2011 on lieu of which I had purchased the new Family Floater policy.

When I filed a grievance, I got a reply that in Oriental Insurance, no "No Claim bonus" is given in Individual Mediclaim policies. Hence, my grievance was rejected.

Is this true?
If not, can somebody provide me with some documentary proof?

Yes, they are right. There is no No claim bonus in Oriental's Individual Mediclaim Policy.
No claim bonus is part of Oriental's family floater policy.
