Jeevan Saral : whether to continue or withdraw the policy?

I have taken a Jeevan Saral Policy. But due to personal financial problem, I was not able to pay the second premium, was due on 23rd March, 2012. Now in October as my financial problem is much better, I want to pay the premium and reinstate the policy. But the agent is telling me that I would not get the full benefit of the policy as the period of six months expired. Thus, requesting you please to let me know - whether to continue or to withdraw the policy?

I think your agent is talking about surrender. Tell him that you want to reinstate your policy.
