Life Insurance Corporation of India came up with Apprentice Development Officers (ADO) for year 2012-13.

Total number of vacancies are 5201 (five thousand two hundred and one)
Salary - At the time of ADO (apprenticeship period) applicant will get Rs. 19,165 (Rupee nineteen thousand one hundred and sixty five) at when he appointed as Probationary Development Officer (PDO) total emoluments will be approx. Rs. 22,065 ( Rupee twenty two thousand and sixty five only) per month.
Important Dates -Online registration form for ADO will be available to register between 21 November, 2012 (Wednesday) to 22 December, 2012 (Saturday).

Date of Closure for Edit : 24/12/2012
Last Date for Reprint : 15/01/2013
Offline Fee payment (through CBS challan) : 24/11/2012 to 29/12/2012 (both dates inclusive)
Written test for LIC ADO post will be on 2nd Febcruary 2013 and 3rd February, 2013.
Who is eligible for ADO post?
As on 1st November, 2012 applicant minimum age required 21 (twenty one) year and maximum 30 (thirty) years. Upper age relaxation for scheduled cast and tribe category candidates available under government rules.
A degree required in any stream but preference will be given to candidates with Master of Business Administration degree in marketing or post graduation diploma in marketing.
Experience is not required, but preference will be given to candidates who have two year experience in insurance field (except LIC employee and agents).
