what is the procedure to transfer shares/equities from One Sharekhan account to another Sharekhan account?

Can anybody tell me, what is the procedure to transfer shares/equities from One Sharekhan account to another Sharekhan account?

Best way is to check with the customer care of ShareKhan.

I had checked CC, they asked me to come with following documents -
1- Beneficiary's Account details
2- PAN card details
3- Transfer Form
