Mediclaim Query - Can I postpone treatment so that I can claim in next renewal year of the policy?

Hello,

I have query regarding my mediclaim policy.

I have mediclaim policy since last 4 years of Rs. 200,000.

3 months ago, I diagnosed coronary artery disease and was hospitalized and stent was inserted in artery. whole amount is processed via my mediclaim.

Renewal of my policy comes in October.

There is block in one artery remaining which also requiring stenting.

My query is that if I go through stenging again in artery after october ( after renewal ), can I claim whole expenses after renewal or after renewal also they may consider as pre-existing condition or can I have any problem regarding claiming of any amount.

Kindly guide me as I am planning to postpond stenting, if it is medically advisable as well as if I can get expenses from mediclaim
