ELSS Funds - Good investment in current markets

I want to invest around 40000 in MF, Kindly advise which is better and why?

Go for Sundaram Tax saver.
If you are below 45 years - DWS tax saving fund is a good option. You get free insurance cover of 40,000 x 5 = Rs 2 lakhs. (max 5 lakhs)
Opt for dividend pay out.
