Assistant manager – marketing operations

Job Description -
1.Development of Specialist Advisor Marketing activities and Database gathering activities (Sales Promotions) for Lead generation.
2.Develop and execute local in-market activation plans in consultation with the Area Managers, Branch Managers and Sales Managers
3.Tracking the effectiveness of these local in-market activities in generating Advisor Leads as well as Customers Leads and tracking the efficiency of conversion of these leads
4.Monitoring the effective use of budgets allocated for In-Market Activation as well as Sales Support
5.Support the AM and team during New City Launches with Signage & Visibility, Lead Generation Activities and Recruitment advertisements
6.Support the AM and team in running in-office activities with an objective of keeping the Advisor’s engaged and motivated
7.Act as the local coordinator for any national level marketing program and function as the single point of contact for all marketing activities.
8.Continuously monitor, assess, anticipate and meet requirements of the field sales team to reinforce our products and brands in the market.
9.Provide publicity and other collateral material support for local activities wherever required.
10.Support the Lead Management System in tracking fulfillment.
11.Monitor and track activity and provide timely feedback to the Corporate Office about local level activities of all our competitors.

Desired Profile -
Ideal candidate would be a Graduate with a MBA specialisation. Would need to have atleast 4-5 years of experience (for the Asst Manager position). Should have had experience in Field Marketing / Event Management in a Telecom/Consumer Products/Finanacial/Insurance Industry.
