IFFCO-TOKIO's Individual Medishield Policy

I am looking to buy IFFCO-TOKIO's Individual Medishield Policy, which they are giving exclusively to Bajaj Capital's Customer's.
I have few queries on the same -
1- Should I go with the above policy or the direct health insurance policy with ITGI?
2- The TPA mentioned in the policy is Paramount Health servies Pvt. Ltd., Can I change the TPA of my choise?
3- Is this (above policy) is the cheapest option available in the market?

Please check out yourself about premium and the policy coverage.

You cannot change it.
