Need suggestions for a Cam Corder

Hi, I wanted to buy a Cam Corder, price range is 25k to 30k. I am considering the following as minimum mandatory features: 1) HD Quality 2) Storage media as Hard disk

How ever, I definitely don’t mind looking for other options also..

Any suggestions?

Sony 40x with 30 GB hard disk..cost is around 20-22k..but a very good one. Go for it.
