Change ones life insurance agent?

Hi all,

My LIC agent doesn't pay attention, misses my premium dates, so I would like to change my agent. Can you please let me know -

1- How do I go about that?
2- Also, since my current agent gets a commission on my premiums, I would also interested in getting it stopped to him. Is there is a complaint one can do so get this thing done?

It is not possible to change your agent.
This is common problem which most of the policyholder are facing, so now LIC is thinking of charging penalties to those agents who are collecting premiums and not remitting the same to LIC within grace period.

Sorry but for existing policies you cannot change the agents.
