Gratuity for LIC Agent?

Hi All,

I am holding an LIC Agency for last 5 years and my annual premium is around 800000/- per annum. When I will be applicable for Gratuity?

Gratuity is given after 15 yrs of continous lic agency. So you need to work another 10 years to get it.

Gratuity is payable after 15 years of service or you can opt after the age of 60 or 65 years whichever is later.
Gratuity is payable on the basis of renewal commission.
