How to Withdraw amount ICICI Pru Life policy after 3 years?

I took ICICI Pru Life policy 3 years ago, I want to withdraw it now.
I am emailing to the agent with whom, I took it but no response from him.

How to proceed from here.

Visit the nearest ICICI Pru branch with your policy documents.
Fill up a redemption form and money will get credited into your account with in a weeks time.

Kill Cat - Procedure is as explained by confused. But if your policy is ULIP, I would suggest you to continue it till 5 years. Otherwise you would not even get back your total paid premium.
