Valuation of Stocks

Can anybody tell me how to valuate the equities (whether under-valued,over valued)?

Market price = earning per share* pe ratio

We can find EPS from result of company.
But what PE we have to consider? Industry PE?

Particular Stock PE, you can calculate and then you can compare it with the Industry Leaders (Stock) PE. This is how you can value a stock.
