Just submit following documents and appear in online exam for an hour.
Exam will completely be based on a book which will be provided to you by the insurance company your are appearing for Like - ICICI Pru, HDFC etc.
1. PAN card (1 photocopy)
2. Address proof (voter id card or latest mobile bill or passport) (1 photocopy)
3. 8 photos
4. Cancelled cheque of your bank account with your name on it.
5. education proof (photocopy of graduation / post graduation marksheet)
6. Fee for Insurance Co (Very on company)
These documents should be self attested.
