I can see the Market is hovering around 16000+. I feel that market is somewhat overvalued. So I am thinking to partly Liquidate My Money. Around 50 % of my Equities and MF.

i would say that liquidate 50% and sit with cash and if there would be a small correction buy large caps. But chances of correction as per my knolwdge is very less. So take your call.
It always better to keep your target and book profits when you met with those targets, book profit. market will go up and down, but you are here for making profit. thats my funda.
