It's not a Fixed Deposit, it's a Non Convertible Debenture (NCD).
Religare NCD has been rated as ICRA AA- Stable by the ICRA rating company and CARE AA- by CARE. Which means that it is relatively stable to invest via this non-convertible debenture issue.Quote:

At a rate of 12.5%, it is attractively priced given the risk. Invest only to hold till maturity.
