It's not a Fixed Deposit, it's a Non Convertible Debenture (NCD).
Religare NCD has been rated as ICRA AA- Stable by the ICRA rating company and CARE AA- by CARE. Which means that it is relatively stable to invest via this non-convertible debenture issue.Quote:

Moreover, as per industry sources, there are no more draft offer documents for NCDs in the pipeline, which suggests that this could be the last public issue of NCD for some time to come. At a rate of 12.5%, it is attractively priced given the risk. Invest only to hold till maturity.
