Separate Home Loan for Husband and wife

I am planning to buy a new house. I would like to know whether my wife and I can avail "separate" (not joint Loan) home loans for the purpose?

If you both want to take home loan than you both can get it depending on your eligibility. If you want to take two different loans for same property than it is not possible.

You meant to say that both of you want to apply individually for home loan on individual salary slip not in joint account, that also fine. The bank check your financial margin and according to that bank provide home loan to both of you.
