Home Insurance with ICICI Home loan?

I am going to take Home loan from ICICI Bank for my new flat. The ICICI bank Sales Manager is pushing me to take Home Insurance with ICICI Home Loan.
If I take Home Insurance with ICICI Home loan - is there any hidden costs?
