Travel Insurance to USA
Hi All,
I am NRI living in UK for last 2.5 years. I am planning to go to US on business trip, looking to buy travel insurance. I have searched on UK websites like confused.com, moneysupermarket.com, comparethemarket.com etc and the price, I am getting is very high for my age group. I have searched indian portals like policybazaar.com and icicilombard.com, here I am getting reasonable priced travel insurance. As I am NRI can I buy travel Insurance from indian site?
Please advice.
So you would be buying Travel cover from UK to USA?
I don't think Indian companies would provide cover to you. If you are looking for LIC than it is possible.
Indian PSU will cover you for local travel insurance(with in India). No cover for NRIs outside India.
In order to get a Loan, you first need to prove that you don't need it.
For local Travel Insurance (within India), even foreign national can buy this cover.
