NHPC issue oversubscribed more than 23 times. Now at discount.
Similarly India bulls power IPO will be subscribed may be by around 20 times max overall.
Offer will be at 45 Rs and it will list at max 46 to 48 for very brief time before slipping in negative.
So buy after listing.
