Fixed Deposits by JAYPEE and Mahindra

I am looking to invest around 50000/- in FD offered by companies. Can you please tell me how safe Fixed deposits of Mahindra Finance and Jaypee Associates are? I could not find any CRISIL or CARE ratings for them?

I personally don't invest in company FDs, so I have not much idea. I have checked on Google and Mahindra FD is assigned AA+ rating from CRISIL indicating High Safety.
