How do you obtain a personal loan from a bank?

I need a personal loan to pay off my monthly bills and I am financially in mess. How do I obtain a personal loan from a bank? What all documents are required? I am in graduation, not earning at the movement.
Pls advice

The documents required for Personal Loan, you can search in the forum. But the bank would ask you, if you are not earning, how would you return the money?
