Is MAC operating system - Macintosh too hard to operate?

It not as difficult as you are thinking. Go take it, its very easy to use.

I have used Windows , but now looking to buy iPhone, which is a Apple product. Guys please suggest - Should I go for it?

Apple products are best in its range and you will also get lots of add ons for it. But the safari, I feel is not as good as IE or Google Chrome.

Go for iPhone - 3GS. It's the best phone in its segment.
