It is due to the fact that Pvt. Life Insurance's Sales Manager or Relationship Manager are just put in inexperienced people (with out any training) into insurance sales force and show them big dreams. Which turn sore when they go into the market.

Manish - I agree with you but partly. Its not the Sales Manager, its with the agents (newly hired) are fully aware, what they are going to do it future. But the real reason is that insurance selling is toughest(most who enter, has no idea till they sell few policies) and second the targets of Pvt. Cos are very high. And final point most of the Indian Public still don't go for Pvt. Company policies.
