Manish - I agree with you but partly. Its not the Sales Manager, its with the agents (newly hired) are fully aware, what they are going to do it future. But the real reason is that insurance selling is toughest(most who enter, has no idea till they sell few policies) and second the targets of Pvt. Cos are very high.
