View on NTPC, before FPO

Can we buy NTPC now because NTPC FPO is coming in early Feb'2010? Due ti this the stock would go upward in short term.

If you haven't bought it, buy it tomorrow. Its very solid PSU stock. Buy and forget. And enjoy the returns.

Guys - What do you say about NTPC? It's near FPO price, last traded price - 202.4.
