TATA-AIG not giving claim for my stolen laptop?

I had insured my laptop with TATA-AIG General Insurance. Last Month, it’s been stolen from my home. So we had lodged the FIR and submitted all the required papers to the insurance company. Now we have got the refusal letter from TATA-AIG General Insurance. Please help what to do now.
