Best Child Plans available?

I am looking for Child Plan to secure the future of my son. His age is 5 years. So looking to invest 30000/- per year, till he will be twenty year old. Which are the best Child Plans available?

Don't invest in CHILD PLANS because you have seen pretty ads on TV or your insurance advisor told you to do so or just for name.
