Music Coaching Class Insurance?

My brother is a music teacher, teaching in a private school. In the evening, he also takes tuitions to teach music in my coaching class. The coaching class is in a commercial shopping complex, exclusively used by him and his students. He is looking to insure the same with music equipments and other furniture. Please suggest me the policy, should he go for shopkeeper policy?
