How to get NCB Certificate?
I have bought new car last year, so get the car insurance from the dealer. Now I wanted to renew my car with another insurance company. I have not made any claim last year, so I am eligible for NCB.I have called the customer care of my previous insurer multiple times but they are not giving me NCB certificate. What to do now to get NCB?
What is the reason, they are giving to you?
Have you received the renewal notice from your current insurer?
Have you personally visited the branch for NCB Certificate?

They always say that they have sent it. Please ask them for duplicate copy of the same or visit the branch and they will give you the letter then and there.
