Travel insurance with pre existing disease

I am searching for travel insurance for holiday in US. I have an annual insurance at pesent but my insurer will not cover my existing medical conditions. Please suggest an insurer, who is willing to cover my pre existing conditions.

Most of the insurance company won't cover pre-existing disease in their travel policies, its an exclusion. I am not sure but some companies might cover this in corporate travel plan.
I have Googled and found out that ICICI Lombard - Gold Plan cover - Pre-existing conditions except in case of life-threatening situations.

I am afraid that there is no product which completely cover pre-existing disease. The product suggested by Lethal, has limited coverage.
