Cover for gold ornaments?

I am 45 years old women working as independent fashion designer. Travel a lot due to work related requirement in India and abroad. I carry some gold ornaments, other costly jewellery items and stones with me. Can I cover them under travel insurance or please suggest me the specific policy to cover the above risk.
