New demat with low brokerage in intra & deliveries and easy trade terminal online?

I have an account with sharekhan. I want to close this account in sharekhan & open another demat in other securities, which has one time demat charges, low brokerage in intra & deliveries and easy trade terminal online. Which one is the best securities?
