    Term Plan - Annual Premium
    ICICI Pru - Home Assure - Lump sum One premium

    As mentioned by confused. It all depends upon the proposer payng capacity. The CICI Pru - Home Assure - the proposer has to pay the lumpsum premium in one go, which would come around Rs.175000/ for 2 BHK in NCR. While term plan the user has to pay annual premium, which would come around 7-8000/-.
