Few queries on LIC claim?

If the policy matures on say example 30/11/2010, then if the insured died on 30/11/2010 than still the policy is not matured and the beneficiary can raise a claim for accidental death. In the above example the 30/12/2010 stays till 12:00 PM.

If the insured died on the day of maturity of the policy than beneficiary can raise a claim for accidental death.
