Question Is it possible to withdraw the complete PF amount?

I am presently working with a Pvt company in Lucknow for last 6 years. I have nearly 4 lacs in my PF account.
    Few Quesries -

    1. Is it possible for me to withdraw the complete PF amount as of now (without closing the account) for making use of one of my urgent personal use?
    2. If yes, can I get it done through my company ?

You can withdraw after 5 years of PF account membership. You can withdraw any amount not exceeding fifty per cent of the amount that stood to your credit at the end of the fourth year immediately preceding the year of withdrawal or at the end of the preceding year, whichever is lower, less the amount of loan, if any, drawn by you on this PF account.

You can take loan on the PF for your some use like marriage of your daughter/son (not for personal use).
