My personal loan get rejected due to CIBIL Report

I applied for a personal loan in HDFC bank, but they rejected my loan saying that my name is in defaulter list, they told me that in my cibil report, I have some dues of my credit cards though. I never had any credit card. How to clear my name from CIBIL report?

You can apply for secured loans (such as loan against jewelery or shares, securities etc.) till the time you clear your name from CIBIL, which also may not be easy to get.
