Which one of them is good for me - ICICI Home SafePlus and HomeAssure/HealthAssure?

I am taking home loan from ICICI Bank. They have suggested two innovative insurance plans to insure Home Loan home - 1. HomeSafePlus and 2. HomeAssure/HealthAssure. Please guide me which one of them is good for me.
