Can I avail Sec 80C benefit, if I pay my life insurance premium online using my credit card? I have checked and found that there is nothing in this regard mentioned, under Sec 80C, regarding mode of payment.

You can pay premium by any mode - Cash, Cheque, Online, Credit Card. All OK. You just need to submit premium receipt.

Payment can be made in any form, just submit the receipt of premium paid to claim deduction.
