How to get the maturity claim amount of LIC's Jeevan Mitra (Double Cover Endowment Plan)

My Father took LIC's Jeevan Mitra (Double Cover Endowment Plan). My Father took this Policy in year 1990. This Policy's was matured on Nov'2010. We have still not received maturity claim amount. Please tell me the way to get the same.
