I am looking to buy a new phone for my father. Please suggest - Which Phone is best Iphone 4, Windows or Blackberry Torch? Mybudget is Rs 30000/-

Iphone is best among all the above.

Windows phone have no comparision to iOS or BLackBerry devices!
So I suggest drop windows phone idea. I have an iPhones 3Gs since last 1.5 years and I am very satisfied by it. Blackberry torch also is avery nice touch cscreen device.
i suggest try them both and choose for yourself. They are both very good.

The Lab Its wonderful and you wont be behind on the updated information like minions. But I suggest also getting the starter set if you can so you have the rules/map/etc.
