Comparison of ICICI Lombard family floater plan?

I am looking for a comparison in the family floater plan to provide coverage for 10 employees in our Office.
1- Is ICICI Lombard a good company?
2- How is there claim performance?

3- How easy to manage this plan (means for admin in small company)?
