IRIS (By Spidersoftware) is good Software helps a pro analyst with good Results.
Falcon (By Reliable Software) is better if you don't want to put lots of money. The query Editor is not that great in Falcon.

Thanks! But all the above softwares are paid one and for the new learner like me it is bit costly.
