Attachments/Pictures in the thread not visible

Attachments/Pictures in the threads not visible for me. Do I need special permission to view those attachments?

I have checked in Chrome, IE and Firefox - in all three no problem. Can you please check again?

Now no problem. Everything is fine. Don't know what was the problem. I am using Google Chrome.
