Question Completed 15 years of my PPF account. Wanted to withdraw some of the deposited money?

I have completed 15 years of my PPF account and looking to extend it for another 5 years. I have a query that I wanted to withdraw some of the deposited money and remain invested for the remaining investment in PPF for next five years. Please suggest me if this is possible. If yes please tell me the method – how to go about?

If you are opting to subscribe for the extension of another 5 years, you will be eligible to make partial withdrawals. With following conditions to be met –
1- The partial withdrawals should not be exceeding ONE every year.
2- The total of the withdrawals, during the 5 year extension block period , shall not exceed 60 percent of the balance at his credit at the commencement of the said period.
The amount can be withdrawn by using Form C.
