Is it possible to keep EPF in account till 5 years and withdraw later?

I worked for a company for 3 years. I had left the job to pursue my higher studies. I do not want to withdraw EPF amount because it is taxable. Is it possible to keep it till 5 years so that when I withdraw the amount it will be exempted from tax?
