How to change my developement officer?

I am working as an agent. I am looking to change my developent officer beacuse I live in taluka place from which I could not get proper guidence, so please tell me -
1- Can I change my DO?

3- Or shall I take another new agency in the name of my wife under another DO?

I had asked this query to too many people but no one guide me correctly so please tell me the way out.

You can take another agency in your wife name.
