How to make my MFs portfolio balanced?

I have taken the below mentioned mutual fund. Currently some of them are not performing well so would like to make my portfolio balanced. Please help me to make my portfolio balanced.
1) RELIANCE DIVERSIFIED POWER SECTOR-1000 /Month
2) DSP ML TIGER-1000 /Month
3) DSPML TAX SAVER-3000/Month

4) SBI MAXGNUM TAX GAIN-3000/Month
